“Already Linked"
If you are attempting to create a Bridge ID and receive this message:
- Another Bridge ID user is already using the Bridge ID you are trying to set up.
- New user will need to modify Bridge ID (add additional characters or select a new username altogether)
"Not Recognized"
- Another Bridge ID account is already linked to that email or mobile number – Support will need to unlink the MFA method from a Bridge ID (Submit a Ticket)
