Once a Bridge ID has been created, methods for password recovery will depend on what was entered during the initial setup. To update the email or phone number on file, users must log in to their Xtime account and proceed in one of two ways.
Option 1: Update via Profile Setting
- User must be logged in to select initials (top right corner) > My Settings
- Update contact details as needed
