GP1 has unique settings for assigning advisors to service visits. Understanding these settings helps ensure appointments are scheduled correctly and provides a consistent customer experience.
Brand Certified advisors are designed to support online appointment scheduling—not add appointment capacity.
What Are Brand Certified Advisors?
Brand Certified advisors have been added to all GP1 stores to help ensure customers can schedule service visits online, even when advisor availability is limited or an updated advisor schedule has not been provided.
Brand Certified advisor options use a default advisor number, typically 999.
Important: Brand Certified advisors do not increase appointment capacity. They do not change the total number of appointments a store can accept or the number of appointments available at a specific date or time.
Why Are Brand Certified Advisors Used?
Brand Certified advisors provide an additional scheduling option for online customers when individual advisor availability may otherwise prevent them from completing a booking.
This is especially helpful when a store has not provided an updated advisor schedule. Customers can still schedule an available service visit without being limited by the displayed availability of individual advisors.
