Step 1: Sign In to the Zoom Web Portal
- Navigate to https://zoom.us.
- Sign in using your company credentials through SSO (SAML) via OneLogin.
Step 2: Navigate to Call Logs
- From the left-hand navigation menu, select Phone System Management.
- Click Call Logs (or Phone Logs, depending on your assigned role and permissions).
Step 3: Filter Your Search
To locate a specific call, use the available filters:
- Date Range: Select the time period when the call occurred.
- Site: Choose the appropriate site (for example, Zoom Virtual Agent, if applicable).
- User: Filter by a specific user.
- Extension: Filter by extension number.
- Call Type: Select Inbound or Outbound calls.
Step 4: Locate the Call
- Review the list of call records.
- Use the Search field to find a call by phone number or extension.
Step 5: Access the Recording
- In the Recordings column, locate the desired call.
- Click the Play icon to listen to the recording or the Download icon to save a copy.
Troubleshooting
If a transcript is available but no audio recording is displayed, the recording may:
- Still be processing, or
- Not have successfully captured during the call.
